Women's Challenge Round begins Friday in Seattle

The final six spots to fill the field for the 2013 USA Curling National Championships presented by Brooms Up Curling Supplies are up for grabs this weekend in Seattle.

Fourteen teams will compete in the Women’s Challenge Round Friday through Sunday at the five-sheet Granite Curling Club. The 2013 Nationals will take place Feb. 9-16 at the Cornerstone Ice Center in Green Bay, Wis. The 2013 Nationals are the final event for women’s teams to qualify for the 2014 U.S. Olympic Team Trials, which will take place Nov. 10-17 at Scheels Arena in Fargo, N.D.
