Massachusetts men clinch 1-2 playoff spot; NY ladies now 4-2

Stephen Dropkin's Massachusetts rink clinched a spot in the men's Page Playoff 1-2 game after earning a seventh win of the 2012 USA Curling Junior National Championships this afternoon at the Madison Curling Club in McFarland, Wis.

Dropkin (Southborough, Mass.) and his team of Korey Dropkin (Southborough, Mass.), Thomas Howell (Brick, N.J.), Derek Corbett (Rochester, N.Y.) and Cameron Ross (Princeton Junction, N.J.) had their closest match of the week as they held on to defeat Minnesota I's Ethan Meyers rink, 6-5, to improve to 7-0.
