Team USA's Brady Clark, Sean Beighton, Darren Lehto, Philip Tilker, and Greg Persinger finished 9th at the 2013 Ford World Men's Curling Championship in Victoria, British Columbia. The USA did not earn enough qualification points for a direct berth to the 2014 Olympic Winter Games. USA will play in a "last chance" qualifier for a spot to the Olympics in December. USA's team at the qualifier will be the winner of the upcoming 2014 Olympic Team Trials.

Congratulations to Dave Tumminello of the Long Island Curling Club for submitting the winning design for our Arena National Championships pin design contest! Dave chose a generic arena for the basic shape of the pin to represent the Arena Curling Championships. The rings on the roof replicate a curling house, and the Fort Wayne skyline sits behind the arena in honor of the event’s first host. Many thanks to Dave and everyone else who participated by providing us with a great selection of designs to choose from!
