Points on the Line
The Pan American Open competition is a G1 event, which is an opportunity to gain valuable WTF World Rankings Points for senior athletes. Along with competing in the Junior Pan American Championships, eight U.S. athletes will also compete as seniors in the Pan Am Open: Fabiola Carrillo, Alexxis Grosso, Sohwon Kim, Cheyenne Lewis, Rachel Meyer, Samuel Scott and Andrew Snow.

Additionally, Jessie Bates, Olie Burton, Jackie Galloway and Logan Gerick will compete in the Open as Future Stars Team selections.

There are several other U.S. athletes who will also be competing at the Pan American Open Championships, and USAT wishes all of them the very best of luck in Queretaro, Mexico!

Daily Results
Due to the number of athletes participating and the anticipated poor Internet connection at the venue, USAT will post daily competition results each night on the USAT website as well as Twitter and Facebook rather than throughout the day. Please check out www.usa-taekwondo.us on the evenings of Sept. 20-22 for updated results and medal count.
