USAP Seeks Letters of Interest
For Consideration as USA Pentathlon Coach for International Teams
USA Pentathlon is expanding its pool of coaches for US International Pentathlon Teams and at this time is accepting letters of interest for the coaching staff for the 2013 Youth World Championships Team. (China, August 2013)
Coaches selected will be required to attend all training camps prior to departure (generally in Colorado Springs) as well as accompany the team for the entire duration of the competition and see that the team arrives safely back home. Expenses will be paid for the selected head coach. See “Events” at www.usapentathlon.org for more information regarding the Youth World Championships and training camp.
It is not necessary to be a US citizen but you must have a valid passport good for 6 months past the competition date. Applicants must pass a USOC background check.
Please prepare a letter of interest (not more than 2 pages) with the following information:

USAP Certification Level Achieved
Any UIPM Certifications
Any other applicable certifications (USS, USEF, USFA, etc..)
Describe your experience in coaching pentathletes, team administration and any other skill sets which you believe make you the ideal candidate.
